He has his girlfriend's child watch movies without telling them what they are about or generally misleads the child about what the movie is about before the child watches it. Such as: "The DaVinci Code is about art....hey, let's watch it!" Is this fair? Is this not manipulation? If people really don't care what path people follow (atheists/wiccans), then why mess with a child's mind? (I think I know a possible answer, but I honestly want to hear your assessment of the situation, to be fair and receive more opinions and answers). You're right. I was providing a very general example of how someone would break down a kid's belief in the bible by purposely lying about the content of a movie. By evangelizing, I meant it was easier to make the child believe that Jesus wasn't who he said he was and then work on them and put forth their possess beliefs. I wouldn't object so much to putting forth the beliefs of wicca IF it were presented as such. There are about 10 examples, including making kids participating in rituals for dead animals but I cannot give more specifics than that because the person may be on this site. End of question. If you cannot answer what I am driving at with that much added info, then don't worry about it. It was an honest question. I do have a wiccan pal and have known wiccans and have not known them to "evangelize," this is why I ask. Sorry some of you have had "bad experience with 'Christians,' we are not every hypocrites like you think.

I'm 13 and dyslexic (if you don't know what it is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyslexia) And i know that i am smart, i read A-Level books, have an IQ of 141. i never cared about my dyslexia and neither did anyone else but there are 3 new people in my class who think i'm really dumb because of it. They talk so slowly to me and if they need help with work or something go out of their way to ask someone else for example Person1- I don't receive it Me- receive what Person2- Me neither Me- which question person1- Question 3 but don't worry i don't think your at it Me- umm yeah i am. Do you want help. Person2- no i'll just ask someone else... They also call Learning Support (it's compulsory) 'Retard Support' And if they look me read they every act shocked- every of this behavior started after i told them i was dyslexic. I like series books but I am running out of good things to read. So far I've read the following series: Harry Potter Lord of the Rings Narnia Percy Jackson Davinci Code and Angels and Demons Earthsea Twilight Saga Bourne Series These are every the ones I remember. Any suggestions would be great even single novels. I like adventure and fantasy the most but I am open to anything. I don't like Stephen King books though not because of content, it's his writing style.. sorry SK fans! I completely forgot to add goosebumps and fear road to the list. I read those years ago so I didn't even think about them. I'll look into some of the novels you've every listed so far especially the series. If it helps anyone I am in my early 20s and am also a writer so, writing style is very important. I don't want something too juvenile. For example: while reading Percy Jackson, I had to keep reminding myself that it was written in first person and that the character was only 12 or 13. The writing annoyed me a bit.

Hi, I need book suggestions for a 24 year old. I adore the classics such as Gone with the Wind, Revolutionary Road, Tom Sawyer, Great Gatsby etc.but not books like Candide. I do like Harry Potter/Twilight Series :) I like biographies such as Mountains Beyond Mountains by Paul Farmer. I also really like books such as the DaVinci Code. I use reading as an escape so I don't want books about psychological issues, suicide, graphic murders etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Im 23 and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for more than 2 years. I have endometriosis and have been told since I was 12 I would never conceive on my possess. HOWEVER, In April I had my 6th Laporoscopy Davinci with a new doctor, and on May 13th I found out I was pregnant.. It was short lived because 3 days later I miscarried. We were so devistated but my doctor told me we can try again as soon as Ive had a period. We plan to try but I am scared that the problem may not be conceiving, I think its implantation.. I'm just looking for some suggestions of good books to read. I like a few different kinds of books and my two favorite authors are Janet Evanovich and Sarah Dessen. I adore mystery books with a little romance, and i also like books like sarah dessen's where there is a hot guy in it but it isn't mushy gushy romantic. I really want a book like the davinci code, but that isn't the davinci code.. I also really like mystery books where you cant figure it out right away, i want to be surprised after reading it.
